Terms and Conditions

Thrive Recovery provides wellness recovery services through its website, including email inquiries, Momence gift cards, loyalty programs, and online bookings. These Terms and Conditions govern all use of the site and services, forming a binding agreement under Australian Consumer Law. By using the site or services, users accept these terms in full.

Eligibility and Account Use

Users must be 18 years or older or have parental consent for bookings. Accounts created via Momence for gift cards or loyalty require accurate personal details; users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login information. Thrive Recovery may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, such as fraudulent bookings.​

Bookings and Payments

Online bookings via Momence are confirmed upon payment; no-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours) forfeit the full fee. Gift cards and loyalty points are non-refundable, non-transferable, and expire after 12 months from issuance. Payments process through Stripe; users authorize charges for bookings, plans, or redemptions.​

Cancellations and Refunds

Refunds apply only for cancellations 48+ hours before the service, minus a 10% admin fee. No refunds for change of mind, no-shows, or expired gift/loyalty items. Force majeure events (e.g., weather, illness) may lead to rescheduling at Thrive Recovery’s discretion.​

Liability and Health Waiver

Services involve physical activities; users confirm fitness for participation and waive claims for injuries from normal use. Thrive Recovery excludes liability for indirect losses or Momence/Stripe errors. Users indemnify against claims from inaccurate health info provided via email or bookings.​

General Provisions
